La Mesa’s first estate Gamay! Those of you who love Beaujolais-style Gamay know the signature aromas - wild strawberries, raspberries and cherry, almost candied. Light bodied with tasting notes of black currants and summer herbs. A beautiful ruby color with light acidity and as a result a long lingering finish that will thrill your taste buds. We recommend serving it chilled as a radical light fruity appetizer wine yet pairs very well with meat and cheese plates as well as salad dishes and even roast chicken and fish. Try duck with a fruit compote or Brie cheese with a raspberry coulis sauce poured over the top! 13.5% alcohol. 209 cases produced.
