Our Soleil 2022 is "like sunshine in a bottle" - a rich medium bodied, extremely floral Rhône style blend of our estate Viognier and Roussanne, well-balanced with crisp acidity and a smooth finish. Notes of white peach, dried apricot, honeydew melon and marmalade. No oak was added, so you will be getting the true fruit-forward mineral terroir of our granite Sierra soil. Best enjoyed chilled with chicken, fish, seafood and crisp summer salads. 13.8% alcohol. 191 cases produced.
