Our inaugural Cabernet Sauvignon Grand Reserve represents the pinnacle of our winemaking vision - a carefully orchestrated blend of our most distinguished small-batch Reserve selections. Drawing from the revered 337 Bordeaux-clone Cabernet Sauvignon alongside Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, this wine embodies years of precision and restraint. Upon opening, the wine reveals itself through an elegant bouquet of dark cherry, blackberry, and warming baking spices. The palate unfolds with measured complexity: layers of blueberry and plum give way to nuanced notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and clove, culminating in a refined finish touched by subtle cocoa undertones. The tannin structure has been meticulously calibrated to balance immediate accessibility with exceptional cellaring potential.
