Primitivo Rosé 2020

Our Primitivo Rose is made from our oldest estate Primitivo vines. Pressed whole cluster with < 1 hour on the skins for a slight Provence-style color. Subtle tasting notes of Primitivo are apparent, including plum, dried cherries, vanilla, and apple. Best enjoyed chilled as an appetizer wine or paired with typical foods for white wines, with a slightly more robust and distinct flavor due to the Primitivo grapes and some flavor infusion from grape skin contact. 13.5% alcohol. 77 cases produced.
