Soleil 2022

Our Soleil 2022 is "like sunshine in a bottle" - a rich medium bodied, extremely floral Rhône style blend of our estate Viognier and Roussanne, well-balanced with crisp acidity and a smooth finish. Aromas of honey, pear, meyer lemon rind and a hint of dry herb. Tasting notes of white peach, dried apricot, honeydew melon and marmalade.  No oak was added, so you will be getting the true fruit forward mineral terroir of our granite Sierra soil.  Best enjoyed chilled as an appetizer wine or paired with such foods as Moules Marinières, fish, chicken and crisp summer salads. 13.8% alcohol.  191 cases produced.
