New for 2021 is our Aria Sparkling Rosé, made from our estate Primitivo grapes and made using the French “méthode champenoise” style. Aria has a special connection to our live music program at La Mesa, paying homage to a deep passion around music shared by the winery owner family. Aria in musical terms refers to an elaborate vocal solo usually found within an Opera. It also means “air” in Italian. This wine is light and airy, perfectly expressed by the Aria name. Lush notes of strawberry on the nose carry over to the palate where the flavors of ripe watermelon and sweet peach connect with dancing acidity brought forth by elegant bubbles. Pair with Meyer lemon chicken dishes, light tomato-based sauces and most cheeses. 12.5% alcohol. 112 cases produced. For every bottle sold, we donate $5 to help support a specially chosen community music program each year.
